Ron Menconi, Founder and CEO

In 1985, Ron founded MCS (then called Mail Computer Service) as a data processing service bureau. Over the past two decades, Ron’s entrepreneurial leadership, tireless work ethic, and impeccable industry reputation has fueled the growth of MCS. Evidence of Ron’s commitment to service can be seen in the scores of client relationships that have been in place for over ten years, many since the business began.

Ron’s open door management style and the family atmosphere he promotes make MCS an enjoyable and rewarding place to work. Ron proudly states, “happy employees lead to happy customers.”

With his trademark drive and energy, Ron leads MCS –– and our clients –– into exciting new technology driven business arenas.

Robert Quinn, Executive Vice President

With a long industry career, Bob brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and talent to MCS.

Bob has served as president, consultant and board member for several computer services firms. His primary responsibility was to reorganize firms to increase sales, establish new markets, develop new products and increase the profitability.

Most recently, Bob was a Division President at a major direct mail company in New England. There, Bob launched a new division that grew to several million dollars and contributed significant profits to the company.

Daniel F. Menconi, Director of Marketing/Account Executive

At MCS since 1995, Dan wears many hats. Using the MBA he earned from Bryant College, Dan oversees all company marketing efforts, including website, trade shows, press releases and the production and distribution of company information.

Dan is also responsible for the development and maintenance of large customer accounts and training new employees.

As the public face of MCS to many customers, partners, and organizations, Dan is a member of many trade groups, including the  the New England Direct Marketing Association, the American Marketing Association, and the Print-on-Demand Initiative.

Ed Sweezey, General Manager

The general manager at MCS, Ed has been with us for over 12 years and has worked in the direct marketing industry since 1983.

Ed’s time in the industry, as a supervisor and in other positions, has been dedicated to promoting service and aggressive schedules while keeping a focus on consistent high quality.

Ed’s drive and vision has drawn like-minded people to him and he’s proud of the can-do staff he has helped MCS assemble. With his experience and the staff’s skills, Ed is ready to deliver.

Eileen Lang, Senior Account Manager

When Eileen joined MCS in 2006, she brought over 30 years of professional administrative experience with her.

Because of her attention to detail and desire to provide exceptional customer service, Eileen has built strong and successful relationships with the clients she serves.

Christine Sarnie, Account Manager

With MCS since 2005, Christine is responsible for the daily management of data processing and mailing of renewal, acquisition and acknowledgment programs for the agency’s non-profit clients.

Christine’s extensive knowledge of data processing includes file segmentation, gift upgrading, implementation of multiple laser variables, and assignment of chapter-based data. She has also participated in volunteer activities and special event fundraising.

Prior to joining MCS, Christine was a Senior Production Coordinator for another non-profit fundraising agency. She handled the print buying for those accounts along with the data processing and mailing services.

Jennifer Perkins, Senior Account Manager

Jennifer brings 10 years of direct mail experience to MCS.

Prior to joining MCS in 2004, Jennifer worked for more than nine years at a large non-profit agency. She served as production manager for a number of high-profile national non-profits.

Before entering the direct mail industry, Jennifer worked for two years at Boston radio station WAAF in marketing and promotions. She graduated from Emerson College in 1992.

Rebecca Altieri, Senior Vice President

With MCS since 1994, Rebecca has over 20 years of industry experience including previous positions in business-to-business advertising and direct mail for non-profits.

She has a strong production focus, as well as extensive knowledge of non-profit fundraising, creative work, and results analysis.

Cidalia Monteiro, Supervisor of Client Services

For MCS clients, Cidalia brings to bear over 20 years of customer service experience.

She has worked in numerous industries including banking, mutual funds, and direct mail. In these fields, Cidalia has held many positions including account manager and supervisor.

Tom McDonald, Senior Account Manager

Tom joined MCS in 2004 after spending five years in the direct mail industry.

Along every step of his professional career, he’s been closely involved with customer service. Thanks to this experience, Tom brings an exceptional level of service, involvement, and attention to detail to MCS.

Paul Cuoco, Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Paul is responsible for client retention and sales.

He brings to MCS over 18 years of experience in the Financial and Direct Marketing sector. Prior to MCS, Paul was with First Data for nine years before the PFPC acquisition. Following his employment at First Data, Paul spent two years at DST, where he was responsible for sales generation and client satisfaction. Before DST, was responsible for client satisfaction at ADP.

Paul is a member of several trade organizations and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fitchburg State College.

Jim Gaudet, Director of Technical Services

Jim is responsible for MCS’ Programming, Laser Set Up, and Digital Imaging departments. His main responsibility is to ensure the quality and timeliness of all projects.

With over 20 years in the Direct Mail Industry, Jim has experience in all facets of Direct Mail campaigns. Previously, Jim held various production roles at W. A. Wilde and Protocol Communications.
